1. Disclaimer

Not investment advice. Everything on this site and in the Fulltilt community is general information, education, commentary and entertainment. None of it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and none of it is tailored to you. Fulltilt and its owner are not registered investment advisers, commodity trading advisors, brokers or dealers.

No client relationship. Visiting this site, joining the Discord or buying a paid path does not create an advisory, fiduciary or client relationship. Fulltilt never accepts, holds or manages anyone's money for trading.

Not a prop firm. Fulltilt does not offer funded accounts, evaluations, trading capital or payouts. Any prop firm, broker or platform mentioned is a separate company with its own rules. Fulltilt is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless it says so.

Trading is risky. Trading stocks, futures, options and crypto involves substantial risk of loss, and most people who try day trading lose money. Leverage can make losses larger than your deposit. Only trade money you can afford to lose.

Results are not typical. Any trade, result or screenshot shared on Fulltilt channels may be simulated, cherry-picked or wrong. Past results do not predict future results, and nothing here is a promise or guarantee that you will earn anything.

Humor, parody and satire. Fulltilt pokes fun at trading guru culture. Luxury cars, watches, mansions and "guru" talk in our posts, videos and images are parody and entertainment. They are not depictions of Fulltilt members' results or of what you can expect.

Community content. Members post their own trades, opinions, memes and videos (including #crash-outs). Those posts belong to the people who made them. Fulltilt does not check them for accuracy or endorse them.

Third-party sites. Links to Discord, Whop, YouTube, Instagram, X, TradingView or anywhere else take you to sites Fulltilt doesn't control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.

Your decisions are yours. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their results. Talk to a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

2. Terms of use

Acceptance. By using flltlt.com you agree to these terms and to the Disclaimer above. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or join the Fulltilt community.

What the site is. flltlt.com is an information page for Fulltilt. It has no accounts, logins, forms or checkout. The community itself lives on Discord.

Discord and paid paths. Joining the Fulltilt Discord is subject to Discord's terms and the server rules. The optional paid paths (Standard and Elite) are sold and billed through Whop under Whop's terms. Access to paid content lasts only while your membership is active. Fulltilt may remove anyone from the community who breaks the server rules.

Our content. The Fulltilt name, F logo, wordmark, text, images and videos belong to Fulltilt and its owner. You may view them and share links to them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or scrape them, use them to train AI models, or use the Fulltilt name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without written permission.

No warranty. The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the site will be accurate, complete, current or always online.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Fulltilt and its owner are not liable for any trading losses or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the community. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Fulltilt in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

Indemnity. You agree to cover Fulltilt and its owner for any claims, losses or costs that come from your use of the site, your trading, or your breaking these terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes exclusively to the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes and the rest. We may update these terms at any time by changing the date above; using the site afterward means you accept them. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and the Disclaimer are the entire agreement about the site.

3. Privacy policy

The short version: flltlt.com does not collect your personal information. There are no accounts, signup forms, email lists, comment boxes, analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

What is collected. Nothing you type, because there is nowhere to type it. Like every website, our hosting provider (Ghost) automatically processes basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and keep the site secure. Fulltilt doesn't use that data to identify, profile or market to you, and doesn't sell or share it.

Cookies. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. The host may use strictly necessary cookies to run and protect the site. Because nothing optional is used, there is no cookie banner.

When you leave the site. Links to Discord, Whop, YouTube, Instagram and X take you to those services. Anything you share there, including joining the Discord or buying a paid path through Whop, is handled under their privacy policies, not this one. Fulltilt can see your Discord username and messages in the server like any member or moderator can, and Whop shares what it needs to give you access.

Children. This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights. Because flltlt.com doesn't collect personal information, there is normally nothing to access, correct or delete. If you think we hold something about you, email flltltsupport@gmail.com and we'll look into it and reply.

Changes. If the site ever starts collecting information, this policy will be updated before that happens and the date at the top of this page will change.
